  • The search options have been rearranged, and every option now automatically refreshes the page with the changed option
  • The dashboard bar “statuses” are reflected as options on the search page (checkboxes)
  • Both teachers and reviewers can filter templates and deleted
  • Now there is an added dropdown option for “Teachers” to show “My Reviewees” or “All” SLOs
  • Search options are cached, so when moving to different pages in the system (e.g. viewing a SLO) the search options are saved, so when returning to the search page, it will fill in the options that were selected.
  • "Not Submitted" status has been renamed to "In Progress"
  • Review the user guide for additional information.

“Approved” Status merged with "End of Year" Status

  • Before when a reviewer approved a SLO, after the first teacher’s submission, the SLO would go into the Approved status, thus waiting to be moved into the End of Year status. This was done through the “End of Year SLOs” page to manually move SLOs from the Approved status to EOY (Permissions to this page will be removed for everyone, so it will not show in the menu not be accessible)
  • Note: when there are multiple reviewers the SLO has to be approved by all reviewers before it moves to EOY

Observation Notes

District/Building Admin Search Page

  • Combined the different “evaluation type” search pages into one search page. Evaluation type can be selected via a dropdown menu
  • Teacher is no longer required; You can search by all teachers
  • Added statuses for Not Started, In Progress, Complete, Sent to User, and Acknowledged
  • Default status for the page is set to  "In Progress"
  • Added bulk actions to the search grid. These can be used by checking off evalutions in the grid and then selecting an action from the Actions dropdown.
  • The same actions that are in the grid are available in the dropdown. Delete, Mark Complete, Send to User, Unlock
  • Unlock has been changed. If an evaluation has been marked complete and not sent to the teacher, it can be unlocked immediately. If the evaluation is complete and sent to the teacher, it has to go through the mutual unlock process.

Teacher Observation Search

  • Teachers now have a search page to view their observations
  • When emails are sent to the teacher about observations being sent to them, the links will now take them to this search page instead of taking them directly to the walkthrough view page.
  • Evaluations will only show up in the teacher’s search grid once they have been sent to the teacher. (Either through the send to user function or send as draft function)
  • Review the updated user guide for additional details.

Evaluation Edit Page

  • Editing for narrative notes, concluding remarks, and rubric comments has changed.  There are now edit buttons that take the user to a new page to edit the comments.
