Click Utilities  Go down to System Security  Click Data Center Access
Follow the Data Center Access Steps Create New Access Person Search for Teachers name
Select Level of Access You'll almost always want to choose building or district access depending on the situation
If Building is selected, the system will prompt you to pick the building You will need to repeat this process multiple times for multiple buildings.
